Chamber Music at CMF

Resident ensembles including the Kismarton Quartet, the Festival Winds and the Gold Coast Trio have performed chamber music concerts in the Empiresaal as part of the Haydn Summer Concerts produced by the Haydn Festspiele. Chamber music concerts are performed during the two weeks with personnel drawn from festival participants.  In 2008, we have scheduled three chamber music concerts. Our first chamber music concert will be held at 7:30 pm, Wednesday, August 6 in the Haus der Begegnung to kick off a new summer music concert series and their new Wendl-Lung grand piano. On Saturday, August 9, there will be two chamber music concerts, one at 3:30 pm and the second at 7:30 pm. Both chamber concerts on Saturday will be in the Josef Haydn Conservatory Konzertsaal. All three chamber concert programs are listed below.
